I am Sabine Gnech - prevention coach, retreat leader and host of a lovingly built retreat place in Greece. For many years, I have been helping people to regain their strength, find inner balance and sustainably strengthen their body and mind. In my retreats, I combine holistic prevention work, mindfulness, mental clarity, nature-based regeneration and adventure. My retreat location in Greece: Together with my partner, I have been designing a special place in the north of Greece for eight years - a quiet village with history, nature and far-reaching views. Our facility offers: - lovingly renovated apartments - separate double rooms per apartment - three pools - organic garden, fruit, vegetables - animals and lots of nature - numerous retreats for peace and bliss.
