Day 2: Yoga elements, beach experience, and culinary discovery
Morning fitness and meditation session at our resort or on the beach.

• Visit to Amolofoi Beach for relaxation, swimming in the azure sea, or an activity such as volleyball.
Return to the resort and time to rest.

• During the “Slim with Sense” workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare delicious, healthy dishes.

Day 3: Mountain Adventures and Wellness in Hot Springs

Excursion to Thessaloniki:
Discover the vibrant metropolis with a shopping or boat tour and visit cultural highlights like the White Fortress.
• Free time for individual exploration
Use the time to visit local cafés or explore the impressive museums, or go shopping and find the most extraordinary outfits. If desired, a spontaneous group meal in the city can be arranged.
Day 5: Meditation and Reflection

Morning fitness and meditation session at our facility or on the beach.

I am Sabine Gnech—prevention coach, retreat leader, and host of a lovingly created retreat destination in Greece. For many years, I have been guiding people in reconnecting with their inner strength, finding inner balance, and sustainably strengthening both body and mind. In my retreats, I combine holistic prevention work, mindfulness, mental clarity, nature-based regeneration, and adventure. My approach focuses on awareness, slowing down, and genuine transformation—gentle, authentic, and grounded in everyday life.

My retreat location in Greece: For the past eight years, my partner and I have been creating a special place in northern Greece—a quiet village rich in history, nature, and sweeping views. Our facility offers: • lovingly renovated apartments • private double rooms in each apartment • three pools • an organic garden with fruits and vegetables • animals and plenty of nature • numerous secluded spots for peace and bliss.
