Entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience and former CEO of the interval fasting app Fastic. Florian combines his passion for therapeutic fasting and coaching to help entrepreneurs recharge their batteries, release blockages and gain clarity for their business and life.

York Bothe:
Systemic coach, mediator and organizational consultant with over 400 clients under his belt. York brings his expertise in systemic constellations and personal transformation to facilitate sustainable change at the deepest level.

Reiki Kundalini Master and innerDance Facilitator. Elina supports the holistic healing of body, mind and soul with yoga, Kundalini and Reiki sessions.

Mariam Bakour:
Hatha yoga teacher and Kundalini therapist. Mariam accompanies you with gentle yoga sessions and helps you to find peace and balance.

Jose:
Breathwork therapist and expert in singing bowls. His sessions promote relaxation, energy flow and inner clarity.

Our Mediterranean fasting villa is idyllically situated on a mountain in the middle of nature and offers you the perfect place to switch off and regenerate. Each participant has their own room with bathroom so that you can retreat and relax between the program points.

Enjoy the breathtaking distant views, the spacious terraces and the pool, nestled in the green landscape. The surrounding area invites you to explore nature and recharge your batteries with nearby hiking trails. A place that offers not only relaxation, but also inspiration and tranquillity - far away from everyday life.

During the retreat, we support your body with classic therapeutic fasting. This includes water, herbal teas and clear vegetable broths that are specially tailored to the needs of fasting. The aim is to gently cleanse the body, relieve digestion and release energy for regeneration and healing. We attach particular importance to high-quality ingredients and ensure that you feel completely at ease.

Time just for you and your reflection or optionally with one of our many activities:

Evening yoga to relax the body

Your retreat starts relaxed - we will take care of your transfer from the airport! The nearest airport is Málaga Airport (AGP). A shuttle service will take you from there directly to our Mediterranean fasting villa and, of course, back again at the end of the retreat.
