You will be guided and accompanied by Dipl. Psych. Eva Senges. Eva is a business coach, licensed psychotherapist and author and has been recognized as one of the most innovative coaches by "Discover Germany". Eva is an expert in developing potential and, with her retreats, has found a completely new, extremely lively, versatile and inspiring way to provide you with maximum support for your own personal development.

Accommodation

Our retreat location is Onar Andros - a hidden, unique paradise in Greece with multiple awards. Located directly on a quiet, secluded bay and meeting the highest standards, we find the perfect conditions for our goals, our joint activities and 1:1 coaching sessions at this luxurious eco-resort.

The villas are bright and modern and all have air conditioning. You have the choice between a single villa for yourself or you can share a villa (shared villa/ 2 single beds).

We live exclusively directly on the most beautiful bay on Andros in a secluded area. The sea here is an absolute dream and ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

You can make appointments for massages on request.

Catering

Excellent cuisine awaits us at our retreat location for brunch and dinner. The ingredients come from organic, regional cultivation, mainly directly from our own garden. If you are hungry in between, you can of course order something at any time. The restaurant and bar are open all day and also offer us good wine and drinks of all kinds.

Please note: The retreat is personally tailored to the needs of the participants. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a binding daily schedule. As a rule, you can imagine it like this:
We start the day with yoga, meditation and breathwork, sometimes directly on the beach, combined with a morning swim in the sea. After a delicious brunch, there are 1:1 sessions and workshop modules with psychological input to help you explore yourself, find your reset button and recognize who you are and what you really want.
You will be inspired to feel yourself in a wide variety of situations and to authentically develop your best self. You will learn everything that is helpful to align your life with yourself. Deep reflections and easy-to-learn techniques await you.

In between, you will always find enough time for yourself. Relaxing on the beach, swimming, walks through nature - you will find what is good for you.

Varied half-day or full-day excursions are planned for two days.

In the evening, we meet for dinner together and round off the day in accordance with the day's activities.

Despite the tight program - your privacy is extremely important to us. Just like your personal needs. You will be taught how to take good care of yourself and how to use all the activities in a way that is good for you. Put yourself first!

Arrival

We will be happy to help you plan your journey. There are direct international flights to Athens, Mykonos or Santorini. From there, Andros can be reached by ferry. You will be picked up at the port.

If you cancel up to 90 days before arrival, you will receive a 10% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
