The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and various teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

Ursula Lyon describes herself as a companion for people on their spiritual path. Her spiritual direction is the teachings of the Buddha, her practice is mindfulness, joy and kindness of heart. In this retreat at Kleebauer Hof, she will share her knowledge with you.
Mindfulness in a gentle and insightful quality is a miracle cure for all situations in life. In the hectic pace of life it can atrophy, in meditation it is practiced. In the meditative peace and space of the Mühlviertel, we direct it primarily towards our inner life in order to come to ourselves. By recognizing and experiencing our innermost needs and inner values, we can develop a new perspective that satisfies us more deeply than our usual views and patterns.

Ursula Lyon developed SAMPADA YOGA for this holistic form of thinking, feeling, physical awareness and mindful living. It is a comprehensive path of exercise and is combined with the theory of Buddhist teachings. Yoga strengthens the body, contributes to relaxation, facilitates sitting posture and expands our possibilities of perception and sensation.

Scope of the program:
Two sessions of two hours each day. Only one session each on the day of arrival and departure. The program starts at 5 pm on the day of arrival.

To Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from Altenfelden bus station is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h
