There are interesting parallels between personal life design and pottery. If I don't center the clay on the wheel at the beginning, it will be very difficult to turn the clay into a beautiful, well-formed vessel in the following steps.
In everyday life, we talk about a life of balance, harmony and connectedness. We all long for an authentic and balanced existence. A life from our inner center, connected to what is truly important to us. However, in almost every biography there are circumstances, strokes of fate and external influences that can take us away from our center for a while.
We then clearly feel this emotional imbalance and everyday life often becomes difficult. That is why my main concern is to help you to live a life in which you can reconnect with your inner sources and thereby find and receive clarity and direction for your life.
The time-out on my old farm in southern Sweden is for individuals or couples. We decide individually which questions and topics we would like to work on. Before making a firm booking, we arrange a free half-hour phone call in which we clarify what it is about, what your concerns, expectations or goals are. There is no fixed date; we will determine the period of your time-out individually during the phone call.
Doing something good for yourself in these stressful times, relaxing and finding yourself with good and deep conversations - that's what this time-out is all about.
I am a mother of four grown-up children, a special needs teacher and an educator. In my free time, I like to be musically active, including as a choir leader and artistically active with the materials clay, paint and wool. As a sideline, I run a studio as a ceramicist in Germany and Sweden and accompany people in their challenging life situations. For my coaching work I was trained at Paracelsus in Tübingen. I am currently training to become a logotherapist according to Viktor Frankl at the Institute for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis in Tübingen.
