There are interesting parallels between personal lifestyle choices and pottery. If I don't center the clay on the potter's wheel at the beginning, it becomes very difficult to turn the clay into a beautiful, well-formed vessel in the following steps.
In everyday life, we talk about living in balance, harmony, and connection. We all long for an authentic and balanced existence. A life centered in our inner core, connected to what is truly important to us. However, in almost every biography, there are circumstances, strokes of fate, and external influences that can throw us off balance for a time.
We then feel this emotional imbalance clearly and everyday life often becomes difficult. Therefore, my main concern is to help you return to a life in which you can connect with your inner sources and thereby find and receive clarity and direction for your life. The retreat at my old farm in southern Sweden is for individuals or couples. We determine individually which questions and topics we would like to work on. Before making a firm booking, we arrange a half-hour, free phone call to clarify what it's all about, what concerns, expectations, or goals you have. There is no fixed date; we determine the time frame for your break individually during the phone call. For 2026, I can offer you the following time slots:
- April 18 to 25, 2026 - May 16 to 23, 2026 - August 8 to 15, 2026 Doing something good for yourself in these stressful times, relaxing with good, deep conversations and finding yourself—that's what this time out is all about.
I am a mother of four adult children, a special education teacher, and an educator. In my free time, I enjoy music, including choir directing, and working artistically with clay, paint, and wool. As a side job, I run a studio as a ceramist in Germany and Sweden and accompany people in challenging life situations. I was trained as a coach at Paracelsus in Tübingen. I am currently training to become a logotherapist according to Viktor Frankl at the Institute for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis in Tübingen.
