The artist Sabine Lemke runs the creative studio. As an experienced lecturer and coach with creative methods, she opens up a free and protected space for you.
Christa Fellner is a meditation teacher and takes you on inner journeys through guided and moving meditations.
Anne Dietzel opens her two LICHTZEIT houses for us. She is a warm hostess and an ambassador of the Bavarian Forest at heart.
