The retreat "Love yourself - a yoga retreat for self-love and inner contentment" invites you to meet yourself anew in a mindful, benevolent environment. The finca with lots of greenery and many lovingly designed details offers a homely atmosphere that invites you to pause and take a deep breath. From the spacious terrace, the view sweeps over fields and rolling hills - a backdrop that promotes serenity and makes everyday life seem a distant memory. Here you will find the space to turn to yourself in a mindful way.
Twice a day we practise yoga in a combination of pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures) and meditation. The sessions are designed to strengthen body awareness, breathing and inner alignment - without pressure to perform, but with a great deal of sensitivity. Meditations, guided body journeys and sound impulses accompany the practice and promote the connection to your inner self.
The program is complemented by insights into mantras, mudras and chakras, which have a supportive effect as energetic tools. Between the sessions, there is plenty of time for walks in nature, sharing with the group or quiet moments for yourself. The vegetarian-vegan, lovingly prepared cuisine and the attentive team provide the perfect setting for your me-Time.

Scope of the program
The retreat comprises two yoga sessions of around two hours each on the full days - one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. The sessions combine mindful physical exercises (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditations and accompanying impulses on self-awareness and self-love. There is plenty of time between the sessions for rest, nature experiences or personal retreats.
The arrival and departure days are program-free so that you can arrive and depart in peace. The program is suitable for yoga beginners and experienced practitioners.
