Body and mind are intimately connected via the endocrine system, the central nervous system and the immune system. Modern research confirms what the ancient traditions of the healing arts have always known: body, soul and spirit are one.
It is a profound experience for us women to reclaim our forgotten stories by engaging with our bodies and issues such as menstruation, childbearing, menopause and goddesses.
During this retreat, we try to get to know our limits more deeply so that we don't continue to chase after an unattainable image of women that is put in front of us. That is why it is important to determine the intensity of the exercises ourselves and not to allow any competitive energy to arise.
