Our retreat day is gently structured and at the same time leaves plenty of space for your personal time.
In the morning, depending on the day, we start with yoga or a guided meditation to start the day with calm and clarity. Afterwards, we enjoy a warming breakfast together.
In the morning, you can look forward to a workshop unit on topics such as reflection, vision work or a special cocoa ceremony. This is followed by a light, delicious lunch.
The afternoons are free - time to go to the sea, discover the surroundings or simply enjoy the indoor pool and the tranquillity of the house.
In the evenings, we come together again for dinner and sometimes end the day with a closing meditation or gentle yoga session.
This creates a harmonious rhythm of contemplation, connection and open space - just right for a relaxed and conscious end to the year.
