There is no strictly timed schedule at my retreats. Instead, there is a clear framework that creates space—for you, for conversations, for whatever is important at the moment. Our days begin quietly. Sometimes with a group meditation or gentle movement, sometimes simply with arriving and taking a deep breath. No pressure, no obligations. You decide what is good for you.
After breakfast, the day unfolds organically. Conversations may develop on topics that move us as women. Thoughts, questions, and experiences find space in exchange, in listening, in growing together. Impulses arise quite naturally, without guidelines, without goals, but from the moment itself.
The afternoon is yours. Time for yourself, for the sea, for creativity, for retreat, or simply for being. Everything is allowed, nothing is mandatory. In the evening, we come together again. For a shared meal, perhaps with a glass of wine under the starry sky. Conversations deepen, thoughts are allowed to flow, the day comes to an end—lightly, openly, without a program.
This retreat is not a fixed concept that you have to fulfill. It is a space that I hold so that you can feel safe, let go, and come back to yourself.
