There is no strictly timed schedule at my retreats.
Instead, there is a clear framework in which space is created - for you, for conversations, for whatever is important at the time.
Our days begin quietly.
Sometimes with a shared meditation or gentle movement, sometimes simply by arriving and taking a deep breath. Without pressure, without obligation. You decide what is good for you.
After breakfast, the day unfolds organically.
Conversations can develop about topics that move us as women.
There is room for thoughts, questions and experiences, in exchange, in listening, in growing together.
Impulses arise quite naturally, without a predetermined goal, but out of the moment.
The afternoon is yours.
Time for yourself, for the sea, for creativity, for retreat or simply for being. Everything is allowed, nothing has to be.
We come together again in the evening.
Over a meal together, perhaps with a glass of wine under the stars. Conversations deepen, thoughts can flow, the day can come to an end - light, open, without a program.
This retreat is not a fixed concept that you have to fulfill.
It is a space that I hold so that you feel safe, can let go and come back to yourself.
