Mallorca Artà - Between tranquillity & joie de vivre

Artà - a place full of originality and Mediterranean beauty. Here we give ourselves space to arrive, let go and recharge our batteries.

This retreat combines gentle yoga, meditation and coaching sessions with moments of lightness: journaling, creative time-outs, a beach picnic at sunset and a special highlight, an evening in which a chef accompanies us and we prepare a festive dinner together. An experience full of enjoyment, connection and warmth.

In a small group of women, a protected space is created in which you can feel yourself anew, let go of the old and find new clarity. A time-out that strengthens and inspires you - in the heart of the Mediterranean flair of Artà.

During the retreat, you will stay in a stylish house on the edge of the old town - in a quiet location and yet just a few steps away from small cafés, boutiques and the lively weekly market.

The house offers several bright bedrooms (single rooms possible), modern bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen and cozy common rooms that invite you to get together and exchange ideas.

The outdoor areas are particularly beautiful: a sheltered garden, a terrace for relaxing and a pool that provides refreshment on warm days.

The accommodation is modern, clean and aesthetically pleasing - a place where you immediately feel at home and which gives you space to sit back, take a deep breath and enjoy your time out to the full.

Your well-being is taken care of: three freshly prepared vegetarian meals await you every day. At lunchtime, we deliberately keep things light with a soup or a colorful salad to keep you full of energy throughout the day. Fresh fruit, water, tea and coffee are available to you at any time between meals.

It's important to me that you feel completely at ease - that's why I also ask about intolerances or personal preferences after booking, so that every meal suits you.

A special highlight is cooking together with a chef one evening - and a picnic on the beach at sunset. Small rituals that bring us a little closer to the taste of Mallorca and create unforgettable memories.

Each day of the retreat follows a gentle rhythm - enough structure to support you and enough freedom to simply let yourself drift:
- Morning: We start together - sometimes with a yoga session, sometimes with meditation or a special cocoa ceremony. Afterwards, a hearty breakfast awaits.
- Morning: Time for our coaching and sharing sessions. Here we focus on topics that move, inspire and strengthen us, creating a space for openness, connection and new impulses in a circle of women.
- Lunch: A light, fresh lunch gives you energy without weighing you down.
- Afternoon: Your free time. Whether by the pool, walking through the surrounding area or simply with your journal, you decide what is good for you.
- Evening: Dinner together, followed by a gentle evening meditation or a ritual to round off the day.

Travel to Mallorca is not included in the retreat price. The nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca. From there you can reach Artà in about 60 minutes by car.

A rental car is highly recommended so that you are flexible and independent - both for the arrival and departure as well as for small excursions during your free time.
