Pilates is a gentle and precise method that strengthens your deep skeletal muscles, promotes flexibility and refines your body awareness. The exercises focus particularly on the center of the body - the Pilates powerhouse. Individual muscles and muscle groups are specifically activated, relaxed and stretched.
Pilates gets your muscles and joints moving without straining them. Special attention is paid to the correct execution of the physical exercises - it is not the quantity but the quality of the exercises that is decisive.
The exercises are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners, are performed in the back, abdominal, sitting, standing or quadruped position and conclude with a final relaxation or meditation.
Pilates training comprises 7 basic principles:

In addition to the physical strengthening, Pilates brings with it a refinement of perception and deep awareness.
The sessions take place in the morning and late afternoon, in between you have time to enjoy the finca at this particularly quiet and mystical time of year - with a good book, in the SPA with indoor pool and sauna or on a walk.
