The days in the retreat do not follow a fixed timetable.
There is a clear framework and plenty of space in between.
The morning often begins quietly.
Sometimes with gentle movement or silence,
sometimes simply with time for yourself
and a shared start to the day.
Throughout the day, there are impulses, conversations and moments together, without obligation, without pressure to perform.
You decide what you take with you and how much space you take.
In between, there is time for retreat, for the sea, the pool, walks or simply for doing nothing.
In the evening, we come together again over a good meal, conversation with a glass of wine by the pool, in a very relaxed atmosphere.
Everything that is offered is an invitation.
Nothing is compulsory.
