🗓 Daily schedule – Fitness, Soul & Community Weekend Day 1 – Arrival & relaxation The first day is all about arriving. After arriving individually, we consciously take time to calm down, take in our surroundings, and settle into the retreat.
In the afternoon, we start with a welcome full-body workout that gently activates the body and prepares it for the days ahead. In the evening, we eat together at the hotel and relax as the day draws to a close. Focus: Arrival · Relaxation · Connection ⸻ Day 2 – Movement & Activation
The day begins with a gentle sunrise workout to bring body and mind into the day. This is followed in the morning by a targeted core workout to strengthen the stable core. In the evening, we offer a crisp HIIT workout for those who want to burn off some more energy. This is followed by a dinner of your choice.
Focus: Strength · Stability · Energy ⸻ Day 3 – Nature & Regeneration Early in the morning, we start with a guided hike through the mountains around Malo Selo. Here we experience the unspoiled nature, vastness, and tranquility of this special region.
In the evening, a mobility special awaits you, specifically designed to regenerate tired muscles. Dinner will be held together in a traditional Etno Kuća in the surrounding area. Note: Sturdy shoes or hiking boots are required for the hike.
