The retreat comprises 15 hours, usually spread over five days.
Day 1
Attunement I What do I bring with me?
Introduction to mask work
Day 2
Journey into the unconscious I Which part would like to be lived? I Working with the archetypes

Day 3
Mask making
Here we can create what we want to live.
We work with clay, papier-mâché and natural materials.
Day 4
Creation of the mask being
The mask gets its face, its character. It is painted and decorated.
Day 5
Mask play
The mask enters the stage. It comes to life, takes on a voice and expression.
When all the masks have presented themselves, we come together for a final reflection.
What are our insights? How can we transfer them into our everyday lives?
We end the retreat with a closing ritual.
An important part of the retreat is also the accompanying documentation of the process. If desired, this can be done in an individual retreat program.
There is also the option of therapeutic support (art therapy I psychotherapy I trauma therapy).
