This retreat is dedicated to one of the most central psychological experiences of all: Mattering - the deep feeling that you are important.
Not because of your performance. Not because of your role. But because you matter as a human being.

In these three days, I will help you get back in touch with your inner value. We will work with elements of schema therapy, mindful embodiment, self-compassion exercises and loving inner dialogues.
You will learn how your self-doubt arises, how old patterns influence your self-worth - and how you can experience yourself as effective, valuable and meaningful again.

The rooms are simple, warm and lovingly designed - just right for turning your gaze inwards and following your own pace. There are no distractions, no sensory overload, just a space that belongs to you: for resting, writing, reflecting, being.

Around the house you will find nature trails, trees, open skies and the special silence that immediately softens body and soul.
The seminar room is flooded with light, clear and cozy - a safe place for deep processes, heartfelt conversations and moments of genuine connection.

At Haus Shanti, you feel that you are welcome just as you are.

Catering

During the retreat, you will be lovingly catered for with vegetarian, light cuisine.
There is no traditional breakfast time - instead we start relaxed with a brunch together at 11:00 am. In the evening, there is a warm, balanced dinner every day from 18:00.
Tea, water and small snacks are available in between.
The meals are deliberately light, mindful and supportive of inner work, peace and emotional balance.

Arrival - arrive relaxed

Getting to Haus Shanti is easy and pleasant - regardless of whether you come by car, train or a transportation service.
It is important to me that you can already feel on the way: I am going to a place of peace.

By car

Haus Shanti is easy to reach and is quietly nestled in the countryside.
There are plenty of parking spaces available on site.
You will receive the exact address after booking - together with all the information you need for your relaxed arrival.

By train

The nearest train stations are easy to reach. From there you can
- by cab,
- a shared taxi
- or possibly in carpools with other participants.

Arrival & check-in

You can arrive on the day of arrival from 4 p.m., check into your room and take your time to arrive in the tranquillity of the place.
We will then begin the retreat in a relaxed manner in the evening with a meal together and a warm warm-up session.
