In a relaxed vacation atmosphere, you can get to know or refresh the beneficial practice of mindfulness in order to find inner peace, recharge your batteries and feel your own vitality more intensely again. MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - is a proven and scientifically recognized program that combines contemplative elements such as meditation and simple yoga exercises with findings from psychology and stress research. The program is rounded off with discussions and an exchange of experiences in the group as well as many tips and suggestions for the sustainable integration of what has been learned into everyday life. In addition to the course program, there is also time for your own activities or for enjoyable leisure. The wonderful, absolutely peaceful location of the seminar house in the midst of unspoiled nature contributes to relaxation and a sense of well-being.

The "Casa Vita" seminar house is situated on a hillside in the middle of unspoiled nature and offers a wonderful view. You will stay in stylishly furnished single, double or twin rooms. The garden with many places to sit and relax and the hotel's own swimming pool contribute to your relaxation and well-being.
A rich and varied vegetarian full board is offered. Other wishes or requirements such as gluten-free or lactose-free food can be catered for; please specify when booking. There is also a guest fridge available for food you have brought with you.
The day begins with a yoga session (optional), followed by time for breakfast. The MBSR course program takes place in the morning, followed by lunch together. After a short siesta, the afternoon program starts or the afternoon remains free for your own design or other optional offers.

By car: Poppi can be reached by car from Florence in about 1.5 hours. The Casa Vita is approx. 9 km from Poppi.
By public transportation: You can reach Florence by train. There are bus and train connections from Florence to Poppi (journey time approx. 2 hours). From Poppi take a cab or, if necessary, a lift to Casa Vita.
The price of € 990 applies for occupancy in a double room and booking by 01.02.2026.; for later bookings € 1,030.
Price for single room for bookings until 01.02.26: 1.060,- €, for later bookings 1.100,- €.
