After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy for hotel and retreat
For cancellations in writing
- between 55 and 28 days, 25% of the calculated amount is due
- between 27 and 14 days 50% of the calculated amount is due
- between 13 and 7 days 75% of the calculated amount is due
- from less than 7 days before the start of the event, 90% of the calculated amount will be charged
Alternatively, a substitute participant can be named. If the registration form of the substitute participant is sent to the organizer, no cancellation fees will be charged.
