Under the expert guidance of a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher for stress management (Michael) and a certified forest bathing instructor & nature coach (Anna), you’ll learn effective methods to calm your body and mind, reduce stress, and consciously connect with yourself and nature.
Meditation, gentle body awareness, forest bathing, and experiencing nature merge into a process that nourishes, clarifies, and strengthens you—without pressure to perform, without the need to optimize. A weekend full of peace, mindfulness, and a sense of community.
The retreat takes place at Schweinheim Monastery in the Eifel region—just about 40 minutes from Bonn and Cologne.
Retreat Highlights:
- Small group of up to 12 participants with two retreat leaders
- Guided meditations based on Kabat-Zinn (e.g., breath meditation, walking meditation)
- Mindfulness-based body awareness (e.g., body scan)
- Aromatherapy meditation with natural essential oils
- Forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) & nature experiences
- Hammock time in the forest
- Personal moments of reflection
- Fire ritual for letting go
- Mindful sharing & quiet time
