Meditation means seeing things as they are.
It is a way of exploring the body, heart and mind. You will learn practical methods to incorporate meditation into your everyday life - this will help you to focus your mind and train your mindfulness. Arriving fully within yourself means feeling inner peace and happiness.
By beginning to see things as they are, we recognize for ourselves what causes suffering in our lives and what leads to happiness, joy and freedom. If we want to be happy and recognize the causes of happiness, happiness arises - it becomes clear which parts of the mind lead to greater peace and which make us unhappy again and again. Our freedom lies in the wisdom of choice.
Buddhist teachings offer concepts that are more relevant than ever before. It can serve as an anchor in the challenges of everyday life.
Yoga exercises, embedded in the flow of the breath, provide movement, prepare the body and mind for meditation and facilitate centered, collected sitting.
