It can happen that you are amazed out of nowhere. Again and again. Each of our rooms is a special kind of retreat in its own right. Small, fine, cozy.
The full board at the Mountain Retreat Center is vegetarian and vegan. The most important meal of the day, at least according to the Chinese, is breakfast. That's why we also attach particular importance to a good, healthy breakfast - always including warm porridge. For lunch you enjoy soup, bread and spreads, and in the evening you are treated to a delicious buffet with salad, creative vegetarian-vegan main courses and a dessert. Always freshly cooked and as seasonal as possible. Intolerances can be catered for by prior arrangement.
In the morning we start with meditation and Zen yoga. Qi gong and meridian exercises follow. In the afternoon, we experience our strength and self-efficacy with traditional martial arts techniques before ending the day with calmer Qi Gong exercises and meditation.
