On this intensive meditation weekend, we will go into silence, get to know different forms of meditation, practise healing yoga according to Jeannette Krüssenberg and breath work.
This will enable you to find your inner balance and deal more calmly with the demands of everyday life.
Your body will become more flexible, your breathing freer and your ability to concentrate will increase.

Healing yoga is a comprehensive system for personal development and can influence vegetative processes in the body and harmonize the function of the endocrine glands. Positive self-regulation is supported on a physical and psychological level.
However, the result of regular practice is not only a greater sense of physical well-being. Yoga helps us to remain flexible both internally and externally and to face new tasks and challenges with more energy and zest for life. This seminar is part of the Heilyoga training and is open to all yoga enthusiasts.

You will be accompanied by Jeannette Krüssenberg and Jutta Lingenhauber, two experienced experts in a personal atmosphere and light-filled rooms.
Jeannette K. has been teaching yoga for almost 40 years and you will benefit from her many years of experience.

Yoga is a popular and effective method for reducing stress and becoming healthier, more vital and more flexible. In its original meaning, yoga is much more than that: "On the way through the body, yoga wants to penetrate the soul and spirit and help to expand consciousness until you have learned to recognize yourself."

This seminar takes place in the seminar house in Schollbrunn, not far from Würzburg and Aschaffenburg.
