Provisional schedule
Day 1:
- from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Check in and arrival of all participants
- 5.15 p.m. Welcome and introduction to the retreat and tips on meditation
- Guided opening meditation to set the mood for the retreat
- 18.30 Dinner in silence as a first mindfulness exercise
- Evening meditation and guided relaxation exercise
Day 2:
- 7.00 a.m. gentle physical exercises/breathing exercises followed by meditation
- 8.30 a.m. Breakfast in silence
- Lecture and meditation
- 12.30 Lunch in silence
- Free time for walks in nature or to rest
- 17.00 Breathing exercise and meditation
- 18.30 Dinner
- Meditation and sound meditation (lecture on the power of sound)
Day 3:
- 7.00 a.m. gentle physical exercises/breathing exercises followed by meditation
- 8.30 a.m. Breakfast in silence
- Lecture, followed by walking meditation and forest bathing
- 12.30 p.m. Lunch
- 13.15 Closing meditation and feedback session, farewell
- until 14.00 hrs check-out/individual departure
