A day with us – structure for clarity, space for insight Our days follow a soothing rhythm that provides orientation while remaining open to whatever may arise. Depending on the course of the seminar and the needs of the group, the schedule can be flexible.
6:30 a.m. – The day begins with a yoga session – an invitation to arrive in your own body. Afterwards – a shared breakfast – nutritious, calm, mindful. 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Morning session: impulses, conversations, new perspectives.
Lunch break – time for integration, for being alone or for exchange. 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – In the afternoon, we deepen what we have experienced – through thinking, feeling, understanding. Evening – a sundowner in the group, eating together – arriving in the now.
