Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort***** The resort offers quiet, long white sandy beaches with parasols and sun loungers. Outdoor pools: Two freshwater outdoor pools, one of which is Olympic-sized. A supervised children's pool and a baby pool. A freshwater indoor pool, which is heated in April and October.
Fitness & wellness: Open-air plateau for yoga, Pilates, and other workouts, Technogym fitness center, spa with 5 treatment rooms, sauna, and steam bath. Other sports facilities: Soccer field by the sea, 2 beach volleyball courts, 20 new tennis courts (rental fee), mini golf, and a water sports center. A great training platform with shade and right by the sea. In addition, a new gym has been built (2023) (fees may apply). Rooms: Located either in the bungalow village or in the main building, these accommodations have a bedroom in traditional Cretan style and feature a sitting area, some with a sofa bed, desk, air conditioning/heating (individually adjustable in the bungalows), satellite TV, safe, minibar, most with cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, slippers, toiletries, and a balcony or terrace overlooking the regional-style gardens or mountains, size approx. 28–35 square meters.

Sample day: We offer numerous workouts and training methods. This means that you will also learn new training methods during this week. Each day is slightly different in terms of workouts. We offer you an effective mix of endurance, strength, relaxation, and coordination training every day. Our course schedule provides the basic framework. 1. 7:30–8:00 a.m.: Coffee Chase
Breakfast (buffet) until 10:30 a.m. 2. 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Skills WOD, mobility, or a boxing workout Strength and endurance training is a great way to start your day. OR you can start your day gently with a good morning stretching/mobility session on the beach. OR a BOX WORKOUT 3. 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.: Running technique or pulse breaker or strength training 4. 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: BREAK – KNOWLEDGE IN THE SHADE or simply RELAX BY THE POOL
5. 3:00–4:00 p.m.: HYROX Comp. Preparation & Splash & Dash Full throttle and tips/tricks for your Hyrox Competition. Or simply burn off some energy 6. 4:30–5:30 p.m.: LEG PUMP OR MOBILITY/RELAXATION
At the end of the day, we like to incorporate a relaxation session (such as yoga, Pilates, or fascia training). Or you can end the day with a leisurely run/walk along the beach promenade. Depending on the day and the preliminary program, we will also incorporate a circuit. We set the training sessions with specific goals in mind. On some days, we will really push you to your limits, and in between, the endurance session will be, for example Possible sports sessions - Jogging: Endurance training at a moderate pace. We use the beautiful beach promenade and the beach. - Strength training: Targeted strength training
- Boot camp: We take advantage of the natural surroundings and go full throttle together. Nevertheless, everyone can go at their own pace. - Beach CrossLethics: A unique fitness program for the whole body. CrossFit is the basic fitness program of many special forces, elite military units, professional martial artists, and many top athletes around the world. No other fitness program is as versatile and sets such clear standards at the same time.
- Circuit training: Different exercises to increase speed, strengthen muscles, and improve endurance. - Stretching: Gentle stretching exercises on the beach, regeneration, and flexibility. - Intensive abs: Intensive abdominal training. Strengthening the abdominal and back muscles. - Fat burner: A combination of several training methods. Let yourself be surprised.
- Beach volleyball/beach soccer: Fun and games on the beach, coordination, strength, and endurance. - Relaxation session, e.g., yoga/Pilates/fascia training (depending on the trainer): Of course, relaxation should not be neglected either. - Team workouts: A combination of different exercises (coordination, strength, endurance). It's fun and at the same time we get to know each other better.
And much MORE! We reserve the right to make changes (team of trainers and course times). Depending on the size of the groups, we will put together a great team of trainers. Trainer ratio: approx. 1:12 or 1:10. With 30 participants, we will definitely have three trainers.

On request, a shared airport transfer can also be booked at an additional cost of €70.00 for a return trip at the holiday destination. Flight information: The nearest airport to our destination is Heraklion. Chania would also be a good option. There are several direct connections here.
