2.5-day retreat with half board including breathwork, coaching sessions, moving meditation, soul food, hike, spa, at the Design Hotel Walliserhof in Brand / Austria.

The total retreat costs are made up of the retreat costs of € 550.00 plus the accommodation in the Design Hotel Walliserhof, which is to be booked independently and individually (see accommodation).

The Walliserhof offers rooms in different categories, e.g. Standard rooms (Scesa M from € 256.00 for 2 nights) Design rooms (Gipfelstürmer M from € 382.00 for 2 nights).

About the design hotel Walliserhof:
The perfect 4* hotel in the Brandnertal is the Walliserhof. Here you will be spoiled with culinary delights, while the hotel's own glacier spa with wellness treatments invites you to relax and unwind. Start your perfect day in comfortable rooms and round it off with a massage or a glass of wine.

What is included?
Bed linen, towels, bathrobe hire, breakfast, gourmet dinner, use of the pool and sauna, Finnish sauna, all retreat programs, Wi-Fi, parking, fitness room, coffee and tea, breathtaking mountain air.

What is not included?
Arrival, slippers, wellness treatments bookable at the hotel, extra drinks.

Catering: Pure soul food
A breakfast buffet that is second to none. In the evening: The 4-course gourmet dinner in the Hochsitz restaurant with 11.5 Gault Millau points is included in your half-board every day.

7.30 to 11.00 in the light-flooded Hochsitz restaurant or in the courtyard garden
Homemade bread
Finest coffees from Illy served fresh to the table directly from the barrista
Egg dishes, pancakes, waffles individually freshly prepared
Homemade jams
Sausage and cheese directly from the farmer

Bathing in the Alvier mountain river (for the toughest among you)
Individual Gestalt coaching session (optional)

Arrival by car
The Walliserhof is around 60 kilometers from Bregenz, 160 kilometers from Zurich, 250 kilometers from Munich and 620 kilometers from Vienna. From the highway, it's only 15 minutes to the start of your vacation at the Walliserhof. Simply enter your starting point and our route planner will calculate your exact route.

Arrival by train
If you arrive by train, you can take the express train to Bludenz - from Vienna or Zurich without having to change trains. Bludenz is only eleven kilometers away from the Walliserhof. Get on the Postbus at the station forecourt. The journey takes 26 minutes, the bus stop "Brand in Vlbg Hotel Schesaplana" is directly in front of the Walliserhof. Or you can take a cab.
