CONSCIOUS VACATION IBIZA**** 7 days of life coaching, inspiration, and joie de vivre. In October and April
Ibiza, Spain
$1,425 / 7 Days
From the outside, you’ve built a life for yourself that works well. You organize your daily routine, juggle countless tasks at once, think things through for others, and take on responsibility. Often before anyone even has to ask you to. For your job, your relationship, your family, and all the invisible things that no one sees but that are always there.
But you know the price you pay: you’re there for everyone else, but least of all for yourself.
You know how you try to carve out at least a few minutes a day for yourself, only to fall into bed exhausted again at night. And even then, your mind keeps racing, even though it should be at rest. Your system just never fully shuts down.
Sometimes the feeling creeps in that this life—the one you once envisioned for yourself—no longer makes you happy the way things are going right now, and you’d love nothing more than to run away from it. At the same time, your guilty conscience whispers that you “just shouldn’t be so ungrateful.”
And that’s exactly what this retreat is for—if you’re at that exact point and know: I can’t do this anymore, I don’t want to do this anymore, and things can’t go on like this.
✦ What You Can Look Forward To
During this time, I’ll provide you with a clear, exclusive one-on-one space in nature where absolutely nothing is expected of you. Here, you don’t have to “function,” be “strong,” or have everything under control.
You can leave your backpack and your responsibilities at the door. We’ll take a deep breath together and then take a calm, unhurried look at things:
*The luxury of not having to do anything: During your days in the Murtal, you don’t have to worry about anyone else. I’ll cook for you, take care of your every need, and you can sit down at the set table. Your only to-do: Simply be and let yourself be nourished.
*Letting Go of the Ballast & Returning to Yourself: We’ll dig your dreams, wishes, and needs out from under the mountain of everyday life. Not to “optimize” you, but so you can reconnect with yourself and remember what’s important to you.
*Small, Real Leverage for Everyday Life: This retreat isn’t meant to radically turn your life upside down. It’s a healing space where you’re allowed to feel once again, “I matter.” We’ll work out, in a very practical way, how you can reclaim your boundaries and give yourself noticeably more breathing room.
✦ Your Next Step
If you found yourself nodding as you read because this sounds just like you, then the problem has been identified and the first step has already been taken. Take this feeling seriously, even if it’s often not easy to give yourself permission to pause your daily routine for a moment and do something for yourself.
You don’t have to decide anything just yet.
That’s exactly what the no-obligation introductory call is for.
Let’s have a casual phone conversation to see what’s on your mind, whether this retreat is a piece of the puzzle for you, and get a feel for whether we click.
The conversation is completely confidential, free of charge, and lasts about 15 minutes.
Afterward, you’ll have a clear sense of which next step feels right for you.

✦ How I Work
I’m Sabine, a psychological counselor and the woman behind “The Green Couch.” I guide people through life transitions in nature, especially when it comes to reconnecting with themselves, taking their boundaries seriously, and no longer ignoring their own needs.
* With heart, humor, and clarity: I take a nervous-system- and neurodivergence-friendly approach, but I also bring an honest attitude and a willingness to explore with you the places where things get uncomfortable.
* Undivided attention: With me, you’ll receive something that’s become rare: plenty of time. During your retreat, I’m there exclusively and one-on-one just for you and your process.
* No “functioning,” no “performing”: Many experience their time with me as a safe haven from everyday life. Simply be cared for for a few days, take a deep breath, and explore together with someone the burden you’ve been carrying alone for far too long.
* Nature-based work: Nature is far more than just a beautiful backdrop—it regulates your overloaded nervous system and is an active part of our shared process.
Upon request, nature rituals and subtle energy work are incorporated into your support. This helps resolve issues where the mind alone often gets stuck—in a deeply grounded and down-to-earth way.
The foundation of my work
Training in life and social counseling, couples and sex counseling, bodywork, human energetics, shamanism, as well as nature and wilderness education. Over the years, this has evolved into my very own style: psychologically grounded, nature-based, and deeply grounding.
✦ The Retreat Location
My lovingly maintained place of power is located in the Murtal valley in Styria. It’s surrounded by lush green nature and nestled between mountains, forests, and water. It’s a place to take a deep breath, completely free of TV, radio noise, or the constant digital buzz that keeps you constantly disconnected from yourself.
Instead, you’ll find: nature’s cinema with the murmur of a stream and a chorus of birdsong. No Wi-Fi, but a full connection to yourself.
✦ What Your Days Will Look Like Here
Your retreat follows a clear structure, but isn’t meticulously scheduled down to the minute.
We’ll work with whatever arises and feels important at the moment.
• Day 1: Arrival & Sowing the Seed
Starting at 2:00 p.m., you can settle in at your own pace. Afterward, we’ll get to know each other during our first “Walk & Talk” in nature, take a first look at the topic that brought you here, and set the intention for the coming days. The evening is all about winding down: a cozy dinner, taking a deep breath, and stargazing.
• Day 2: Deepening & Process Work
The heart of your retreat. After breakfast, we’ll focus entirely on your topic. Depending on what your system needs at the moment, we’ll work through conversation, walking in nature, creative activities, or body awareness. In between, there will be regular breaks to process, reflect, and rest.
The day ends once again with a good dinner.
• Day 3: Harvest & Integration
Sleep in again and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect on the experience and reap the rewards: What has come to light? What has become clearer, and how will you bring this new strength and clarity back into your everyday life? Your retreat ends around 12:00 p.m., and you can depart feeling nourished and at peace.
Follow-up Call: To ensure the magic of the cabin doesn’t fade away in your daily life, we’ll meet online two weeks later for a follow-up conversation to help you firmly anchor these new steps in your life.
