○ My Approach
I guide you through several days of intensive process work and nature experiences using a trauma-informed, nervous system- and neurodiversity-friendly, and body-oriented approach.
Unlike in individual counseling sessions, this creates a sustained one-on-one space where your system doesn’t have to constantly react, perform, or function anew. Over the course of several days, what often finds no place in everyday life or has long been overlooked is allowed to emerge.
My work combines psychological process guidance, scientifically grounded nature-based work, body awareness, and, upon request, gentle human-energetic impulses. Nature is not merely a backdrop here, but an active part of the process and a quiet space of resonance.
Many people find it relieving to explore their issues not only through conversation but also through movement, in the forest, by the water, or in silence. This creates an access point that can be not only thought about but also directly experienced.
The goal of these days is not self-optimization, but greater clarity, inner orientation, and a deeper connection to what is truly essential to you.
My foundation is built on training in life and social counseling, couples and sex therapy, human energetics, trauma-sensitive yoga, as well as nature and wilderness education.
○ The Setting
The retreat location is intentionally simple and low-stimulus: a quiet, nature-oriented retreat without Wi-Fi or television, allowing your nervous system to noticeably find peace.
Throughout the entire retreat, you will be in an exclusive one-on-one setting. The space belongs entirely to you, your concerns, and your personal process.
Over the course of three days, a safe space for experience and transition emerges, supporting you in stepping back from daily life and gaining clearer insight into where you currently stand and what in your life is calling for your attention.
I do not follow a rigid program. The guidance is tailored to what emerges and is needed in each moment. This allows your process to unfold at its own pace, and you gain clarity about what truly serves you.
The guidance follows a clear framework of arrival, deepening, and integration, and is tailored to what emerges and is needed in each moment. This allows your process to unfold at its own pace and according to your needs.
I consciously work with only a few clients per season so that I can devote my full attention and provide individual support to each retreat.
○ The Schedule
Day 1 – Arrival
Arrival starting at 3:00 PM and initial settling in. Many clients already experience a noticeable sense of relief here, as daily life, obligations, and the need to be reachable are allowed to fade into the background.
After your arrival, we’ll get to know each other during a Walk & Talk and focus on the issue that brought you to this retreat. Together, we’ll establish a framework for the coming days.
The evening concludes peacefully with a shared dinner.
Day 2 – Deepening
The second day forms the focus of the retreat. After a quiet breakfast, space opens up for your themes, questions, and inner movements. Depending on the process, support takes place through conversation, in nature, in movement, or via body-oriented approaches. Together, we examine patterns, needs, inner conflicts, or decisions that are currently significant in your life. Between sessions, there is time for integration, retreat, and regeneration. Many people find this combination of guidance, nature, and silence particularly valuable.
The evening once again concludes peacefully with dinner.
Day 3 – Integration
On the final day, we sort through and integrate what has been experienced. We consolidate insights, clarify open questions, and focus on what concrete elements from these days can be carried into your everyday life.
Together, we develop a roadmap for the next steps, so that the experiences of the retreat do not remain merely a special event, but can continue to have an impact beyond our time together.
Around 10:00 a.m., your retreat concludes, and you return to your daily life with greater clarity, inner alignment, and a stronger connection to yourself.
