Summary

Experience mental clarity and deceleration—our mindful, meditative silence and quiet retreat at Vinnenberg Monastery (NRW) offers you an exclusive break from everyday life. Practice effective meditation and mindfulness techniques, mindful yoga—strengthen your resilience and recharge your body, mind, and soul. Begin your personal journey into silence. In an age of multimedia communication, information overload, constant availability, deadline pressure, and private and professional commitments, our well-being can be affected in very different and individual ways. Too often, our thoughts revolve around the past or the future. Here you have the chance to arrive fully in the present moment, free from external distractions, disturbances, and expectations. It is an OASIS TIME of retreat to strengthen yourself physically, psychologically, and mentally. Discover the healing power of peace and quiet, experience deep relaxation and rest, and find your way back to your inner strength and harmony.

Through a combination of silence, meditation, mindful movement, and forest bathing, Sophie invites you to reconnect with yourself in the rhythm of nature. Especially in the peaceful atmosphere of the Vinnenberg monastery in Münsterland, this creates a time-out that clears the mind and allows new strength to emerge.

What to expect: The 2.5-day retreat in summer combines methods of mindfulness, slow yoga, mindful physical exercises, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) exercises, nature experiences through forest bathing, silent walks and breath walks, as well as various meditation techniques. The goal is to enable a profound and clarifying mind detox. In a world that is often characterized by noise and constant stimulation, silence allows the brain to take a break and recover from these stresses. This leads to a reduction in cortisol levels and an improvement in overall well-being. Promoting inner peace and balance:
Silent sessions allow participants to dive deeper into their inner world. These moments of peace and quiet make it possible to strengthen inner harmony and find yourself, which contributes to greater mental clarity and emotional balance. Silence promotes increased mindfulness, which helps you experience the moment more consciously and break free from negative thought patterns.

It is a time for YOU. A time to replenish your resources, recharge your batteries, and return to everyday life feeling stronger. We are happy to accompany and support you in this process. Sincerely, Peggy Böhmer from Vivere Vital
