What to expect: The 2.5-day retreat in summer combines methods of mindfulness, slow yoga, mindful physical exercises, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) exercises, nature experiences through forest bathing, silent walks and breath walks, as well as various meditation techniques. The goal is to enable a profound and clarifying mind detox. In a world that is often characterized by noise and constant stimulation, silence allows the brain to take a break and recover from these stresses.
