Schedule & Program
Experience a week full of movement, relaxation and new energy - embedded in the healing nature of Sylt. The day begins with the fresh North Sea air, mindful movement and a gentle arrival in the body. Between dunes, wind and waves, you will find space to refocus and recharge your batteries.
Daily structure
08:00-11:00 - Morning session of movement & beach
The day starts with a soothing back-in-balance session that gently mobilizes and activates your body.
Afterwards, you enjoy a small breakfast snack with fruit, muesli, coffee or tea (approx. 30 minutes) - before heading to the beach invigorated and full of energy. Natural movement, breathing and ocean energy await you there in harmony.
17:00-18:30 - Relaxation with sound, vibration and autogenic training
In the afternoon, end the day with a regenerating relaxation session - with sound, gentle vibration or soothing calm.

Day 1
- Individual arrival, check-in from 16:00
- 17:00-18:30 Welcome round & gentle back-in-balance session
- Keynote speech: The importance of relaxation for everyday life and health
- Presentation of the week & arrival together
Days 2-4
The following days follow a harmonious rhythm of movement, relaxation and a soothing experience of nature.
In the morning you activate your body with back balance, smovey and beach activities - always accompanied by fresh North Sea air and the joy of movement. After a light breakfast snack, you head out to sea, where you can feel the power and space.
In the late afternoon, immerse yourself in deep relaxation - with autogenic training, sound journeys or smovey massages - to bring body and mind into balance.
Day 5
This day is all about letting go and integrating.
In the morning, you will experience the closing flow & energy integration by the sea - a gentle mobilization, combined with a final round and an optional group photo.
After a shared breakfast snack, the day remains free for your personal time-out: time for spa, nature or just being - e.g. at the Syltness Center.
(The times are indicative and can be flexibly adapted to the weather and group dynamics).
Day 6
Individual breakfast and check-out by 10:00 am.
Departure in peace - with lightness, inspiration and new energy for your everyday life.

- Back in balance: spine-friendly mobilization for every day, gentle on the joints
- smovey training: Rhythm, coordination & gentle endurance - ideal for various fitness levels from Fitness level from (re-)beginner to advanced
- Kneipp/water treading: Short impulses for revitalization (weather & safety considered)
- Sound relaxation: deep regeneration, calming the nervous system
- smovey massage: relaxation, blood circulation, well-being, deep relaxation
- AT - autogenic training: short program suitable for everyday use

What you need to bring
- Weatherproof clothing (onion principle), hat/scarf/gloves, non-slip shoes
- Small towel for Kneipp
- Possibly a water bottle, thermo mug, small rucksack
- Bathing/sauna gear (optional)
