Summary

Nothing is as constant as change. Our lives are constantly changing and we ourselves are constantly changing. As a rule, we cope well with this process. However, there are phases in life that involve major upheavals. During these phases, not only do our circumstances or habits change, but we also question our attitudes and values. We secretly search for a new inner direction, an intention that guides us.

The triggers for such a search/phase are different for each person: a career change, or e.g. questions of independence, the transition from active working life to retirement, changes in the partnership/family, e.g. the children become independent and leave the parental home, the loss of a partner, a move, ... or many other things.

My clients often tell me about an inner restlessness, a lack of orientation and motivation, fatigue and exhaustion, especially emotionally and mentally. These symptoms are often noticed by clients before they realize that they are in a major phase of change. In most cases, they have already made many efforts to explore these feelings and thoughts and have reached a point where they themselves realize that they need or want to change something. In most cases, they know exactly what they no longer want. However, their goals, wishes and needs are still unclear. This means they don't know exactly where they want to go.

This is where mindfulness-based coaching comes in. In several stages, we reflect on values, define areas of life and explore them. Mindfulness-based methods make it easier to get in touch with yourself and reveal your own needs and desires. We take a structured look at each important area of life and compare the vision with the status quo. A change of perspective helps to put things into perspective. By working on a scale, we identify the areas that have the greatest potential to increase satisfaction. We discuss specific activities and measures and look at obstacles and resources for implementation. We set clear priorities so that it becomes easier to tackle the change and experience success.

The result is an improved connection with yourself, clarity about your values, needs and goals as well as a concrete list of activities that will help you achieve your goals. Clear priorities help you not to overburden yourself, promote success and thus ignite your own motivation and energy.

Weather permitting, the coaching takes place in quiet locations in the beautiful natural surroundings of Mallorca. The view into the distance or out to sea does you good and opens your mind. On request, I can also come to the client's accommodation. A short hike or other activities can also be integrated into the program, for example. I am happy to share my insider tips for Mallorca with my clients.

I am happy to help you find accommodation. There is a wide range of different accommodation options in the north of Mallorca: finca, finca hotel, boutique hotel in the old town, beach hotel, former monastery, rooms in private accommodation, country hotel, ...

Catering

I will be happy to recommend restaurants, bistros or beach bars for each day. If you wish and if it is convenient, I can also accompany you to dinner.
There are great restaurants with traditional Mallorcan dishes, great fish restaurants, for example at the harbor or hidden courtyards with fantastic vegetarian / vegan cuisine.

The coaching always takes place individually 1:1. There are no group events.

1st preliminary talk: first meeting by phone and clarification of questions. Advice on coaching, accommodation, activities.
2nd offer: You will receive a concrete individual offer from me based on the preliminary discussion.
3rd offer coordination: We clarify questions and adapt the offer to your wishes.

9. follow-up phone call: after approx. 2-3 weeks we will talk on the phone and see how things have gone for you. What worked, where were difficulties, what questions have arisen?

As a rule, the coaching sessions take place in the mornings. This gives you the afternoons to let the coaching take effect. You can go to the beach or simply relax. It is also possible to schedule one or more completely coaching-free days. This way you can make the most of your stay in Mallorca and take a day trip, for example. I will be happy to advise you and share my favorite places with you.

Coaching is always bookable. There are no fixed dates.
If you want to do the coaching together with another person (e.g. partner / colleague / friend) we can plan this individually. We will then schedule times for joint coaching work and times for individual discussions.

Alexandra Gudereit

Alexandra began her professional career in 2000 as Marketing Manager Europe at the online portal Lycos - followed by over 15 years at Deutsche Bahn, including 8 years as a manager in digital sales (bahn.de). As a sideline, she founded an online start-up as a solopreneur in 2013. During this time, she realized that coaching people in change processes was particularly important to her. Her experience in managing and developing employees combined with her business experience from corporate and start-up environments form the basis for her current work. She has been coaching and training clients and teams in mindfulness-based development for 5 years. She works as a mindfulness trainer and systemic coach in Germany and Mallorca. It is possible for you to plan and book the trip completely individually according to your wishes. Please note that you should also be mobile if you want to do the coaching in nature.
