Experience for yourself how powerful mindfulness can be! You will have plenty of time for yourself. For introspection and reflection. The week is ideal for getting to know MBSR. MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is a widely researched mindfulness training program for stress reduction.
You will learn methods - to reduce professional and personal stress - to strengthen your health, resilience, and vitality - Joy and serenity will find their way back into your life - You will be guided back to the here and now again and again - Improvement in dealing with illness, pain, and fears - Greater clarity and ability to concentrate

With - Gentle body and awareness exercises (body scan, mindful yoga while lying down and standing) - Sitting meditations (breathing meditations, guided meditations, mindfulness meditations)
- Walking meditation outdoors in nature you have the opportunity to bring your mind, body, and soul into balance. The days are rounded off with group discussions, short talks, and awareness exercises.
You will slow down, experience a clear mind, treat your body with mindfulness, and recognize your limits and patterns. We will also discuss the basics of stress management, learn to communicate mindfully, which fundamentally improves interpersonal relationships, and explore the topic of mindful nutrition and lifestyle.
