This course offers you the opportunity to get to know the practice-oriented and scientifically based MBSR method (stress management through mindfulness) and apply it in your everyday professional and private life. You will learn special mindfulness exercises and stress management techniques to promote your health and performance. In addition, the program content covers how the concept of mindfulness can contribute to healthy and ethical behavior in business and society.

MBSR training is a self-help method and does not replace any necessary medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
MBSR is a scientifically recognized method that is used in the field of stress management and health prophylaxis and is now introduced and practiced in numerous organizations and companies (e.g. SAP, Deutsche Bundesbank, BASF, Google). In the USA, mindfulness training is already a standard part of employee development and training in many companies, universities and organizations.
The courses meet the high quality standards of the MBSR Association and have been tested and certified by the Central Testing Center for Prevention.

The course is certified as educational leave* in Hesse, Berlin, Brandenburg, Thuringia, Hamburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and Saarland. Recognition in other federal states is possible upon application. Of course, it is also possible to participate without using the educational leave.
*The right to educational leave is an entitlement of employees to time off work with continued payment of wages. The state of Hesse reimburses half of the remuneration for employees of micro and small enterprises.

Hello dear Renato,
Last Saturday I got straight back to work, installing PV modules on my parents-in-law's roof together with them. It was exhausting and required maximum concentration. Afterwards I realized that I'd had enough of "doing" and now I wanted to "be" and meditated after work with the help of your audio instructions. That did me good. I generally do it in the morning and it's good for me.
Thank you again for your great seminar. It was exactly what I was looking for. I'm noticing positive changes in my everyday life too and am now working on keeping it that way.
