The time-out gives you the opportunity to get to know meditation and mindfulness exercises
and also gives you enough time for yourself. In two days you will learn

There are 6 single rooms and one double room available for the guests of the monastery time-out, but these are charged separately by the monastery. The same applies to full board. The cost of accommodation/board is 246 euros.

Course of the seminar:

Day 1: Arrival between 3.30 and 5.00 p.m., 6.00 p.m. Dinner,
9.00 a.m. Start of group: getting to know the participants and the program,

2nd day: Varied program of cognitive and regenerative mindfulness
mindfulness exercises in the morning (9.00 to 12.00), in the afternoon (15.30 to 18.00) and optionally

Contents: Mindfulness as an ideal form of stress management, learning how to meditate
sitting and moving as well as so-called "mini-breaks". Reflection/exchange
on ways of slowing down in everyday life and distancing yourself from negative
negative thoughts and feelings.
After lunch, there will be enough time to deepen what you have learned and to regenerate.
