Mindful hiking in the surroundings of the monastery gently supports the practice and helps to integrate the experience. The result is a healing break in which you can let go, regenerate, and gather new strength for your everyday life – calmly, clearly, and at your own pace.
Qigong – gentle health promotion for body, heart, and mind Qigong is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and serves to promote and maintain health. Through calm, flowing movements combined with conscious breathing and mindfulness, body awareness is trained and deepened.
In practice, we experience how much strength, calm, and life energy we already have within us. Qigong helps us to slow down, reduce stress, and find inner peace. As part of the holistic approach of Qigong, we not only practice gentle movements, but also breathing, meditation, and silence. Effects of Qigong – gentle & lasting
