Strengthen your inner peace and balance. Yoga, relaxation, mindfulness—a little time-out just for you! We must continually take good care of ourselves and treat ourselves to a little time out to recharge our strength and energy for the challenges of everyday life. Break free from the cycle of stress, build up your energy reserves, and strengthen your immune system with revitalizing, dynamic, and relaxing breathing and yoga techniques such as Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and gentle Vinyasa Yoga. Complemented by mindfulness exercises and techniques from the MBSR method and meditation, we guide the restless mind toward calm, building mental and inner strength. The mind-nervous system finds greater peace; you can relax and reactivate your strength, building vitality and greater serenity for your daily life.

What awaits you during our retreats at the monastery:
• Soul Yoga for the regeneration and harmonization of body, heart, and mind
• Guided meditations
• Sound journeys for relaxation
• Breathing techniques
• Metta exercises, mindfulness techniques, self-care
• Releasing Yoga—letting go of what no longer belongs to you, what blocks you, and what constricts you

We look forward to seeing you and spending this time together. Time just for yourself—because you’re worth it.
