Your morning begins with flowing Qi Gong and deep meditation against a breathtaking mountain panorama. You feel your life energy awaken as your mind becomes completely still.
After a hearty breakfast, you hike across moss-green slopes, leaving the burdens of the past few months behind in the valley with every step. Your heart expands and opens to the pure joy of being.
A dip in the crystal-clear mountain lake finally acts like a reset button for your entire system. You return to your natural state of being: connected, alive, and fully in the moment.

THE POWER OF THE HEART: The sun within you. We release emotional constriction to make joy and genuine vitality tangible again. It is the path to an unconditional “yes” to yourself and a heartfelt openness to life.
THE POWER OF BEING: As vast as the sky. A shift from “doing” to “being.” You’ll experience what it’s like to rest in the here and now—deeply rooted in your body and yet as vast and free as the horizon. Here you’ll find true inner peace.

We combine the millennia-old wisdom of Qi Gong and meditation with modern embodiment and the healing power of the Alps:
ENERGY & EMBODIMENT: Out of the head, into the body. Through Qi Gong and intuitive movement, we activate your life force, release blockages, and nurture your emotional well-being.
AWARENESS & SILENCE: Through guided meditations, deeply moving sound journeys led by Tanja, and targeted nervous system resets, we quiet the inner noise. You’ll learn to discover the silence behind your thoughts, which gently and safely guides your mind back to its true home.
NATURE & COMMUNITY: Joyful togetherness instead of solitary self-optimization. Mindful hiking and a safe space for sharing (max. 7 participants) strengthen your sense of connection.
ABOUT ME – I AM MATTI
My work is rooted in deeply lived experience. I know what darkness feels like—and I know how to find the light within it.
From Breakdown to Peace: At age 20, I was at rock bottom—physically marked by a broken back and emotionally by social anxiety. My journey led me from there to deep peace and presence.
Light in Grief: The loss of my partner taught me to keep my heart open even in the darkest moments and to find an unexpected grace within them.
I share only what I have experienced myself. In me, you will find a companion who bridges the gap between science and wisdom:
* M.Sc. in Psychology (Positive Psychology & Coaching)
* Psychotherapy (training in presence-oriented work)
* Experience: Over 15 years in Qi Gong, yoga, and meditation.
