Hikes in nature lasting several hours The daily hikes, lasting several hours, are designed to promote conscious interaction with the natural environment. Specific practices are used during these hikes: Mindful walking: Concentrate on each step, feel the ground beneath your feet. Consciously perceive the sounds, smells, and sights of nature without judging them. Let your thoughts come to rest and be fully present in the moment. Sensory exercises: Pause and focus on one sense. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds of the forest. Touch tree bark, leaves, or stones and feel their texture. Breathe deeply and take in the scents of your surroundings. These exercises help to deepen your connection to nature and calm your mind. Conscious conversations: Use the time you spend walking for open and mindful conversations. Share your perceptions, thoughts, and feelings about nature and your inner processes. Listen actively and leave room for silence. Grounding exercise: Find a tree or a rock. Imagine roots growing out of your feet into the earth, anchoring you firmly. Feel the stability and nourishing energy of the earth rising through you. Energy work Every morning and evening, Tatjana leads sessions aimed at harmonizing your energy state and improving your body awareness. These include:
Morning meditation & breathing exercises & gentle movement Evening meditation & breathing exercises Group constellation work An intensive group session is planned for Saturday to address deep personal and systemic issues. The goal is to help participants recognize hidden dynamics, resolve inner conflicts, and find new solutions. This transformative work is led by Taia (psychological counselor). Play in the quantum field This unique element is integrated during a nature walk. Under the guidance of Tatiana (energy consultant), you will playfully explore your own potential, release blockages, and manifest new possibilities through the power of imagination and connection to the collective consciousness.

Note: The program may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and group dynamics. We recommend bringing comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes for the hikes. An openness to new experiences and a willingness to engage in self-reflection are desirable. The hike will take place with a minimum of 4 participants.

After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Cancellation policy • Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 week (7 days) before the start of the retreat. • For cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the retreat, 25% of the total price will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining 75% will be refunded. • No refund will be given if the retreat is not attended without prior cancellation or if the retreat is interrupted by the participant.
