ITINERARY
Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu, visit to Durbar Square (Unesco World Heritage Site).
Day 2
Day 2 Visit to the stupa in Bodnath, the largest white place of worship in the northern hemisphere and drive to the organic farm resort Namo Buddha Resort at 1800 meters.
Day 3 - 7
Mental training incl. visit to a monastery, the monastery castle and participation in a puja (fire ritual)
Day 8
Drive to the medieval city of Bhakthapur, royal city from the 14th to 18th century
Day 9
Bus ride to Pokhara with breathtaking views of the Machapucharé, hike
Day 10
Travel to Kathmandu, visit to the Kopan Buddhist monastery in Kathmandu and farewell dinner
There is a bit of walking on some stages to reach the destinations, but with a normal level of fitness it is easy to manage.

The educational leave Nepal is aimed at people who have high psychological stress and demands in their profession, e.g. in health-promoting, social, medical, therapeutic, educational and counseling professions and for people in management positions to pass on to their employees.
On the Nepal training vacation, participants learn and practise how they can successfully manage themselves through mental training and by incorporating the positive power of nature, thereby increasing their resilience in everyday working life. Techniques for dealing more creatively with professional and private challenges are the focus of the educational vacation. Through the targeted use of mental abilities, mental training is a comprehensive method for better health and for achieving a positive attitude to life. The educational vacation is part of a trip through Nepal. The stages of the journey, places and impulses support the content of the mental training.
