On this weekend you will enjoy active and relaxing yoga sessions (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga), powerful workshops, beautiful hikes with a few meters of altitude, meditations, coming to rest and to yourself, movement and delicious full board (plus one or the other impulse for your kitchen at home). And you'll spend four wonderful days for yourself and in a lovely group of like-minded people in a very special place in the natural surroundings of the French Vosges.

Our yoga retreat together will take place in a lovingly restored seminar farm, a former farmhouse, in the middle of the French Vosges mountains. A place that is magical and powerful at the same time and guarantees absolute tranquillity. Here you will be pampered with enough space and time for yourself and at the same time you can enjoy a nice get-together in a small, fine group.
Our retreats are thematically aligned with the seasons. As often as possible, we practise yoga and our additional activities, such as (herbal) walks or meditations, in the great outdoors. In January, we usually stay in the yoga room or by the fireplace. However, we are sure to find time for a wonderful winter walk:-).
A supporting program for body, mind and soul - well-being on all levels is simply important to us. The weekend is suitable for all participants who enjoy practicing yoga and already have some previous experience.
