Our yoga retreat takes place in a lovingly restored seminar farm, a former farmhouse, in the middle of the French Vosges. A place that is both magical and powerful and guarantees absolute peace and quiet. Here you will be pampered with plenty of space and time for yourself, while at the same time enjoying a wonderful get-together in a small, select group. Our retreats are themed around the seasons. We practice yoga as often as possible and offer additional activities, such as (herbal) walks or meditation, in the great outdoors. In January, we usually stay in the yoga room or by the fireplace. But we'll definitely find time for a wonderful winter walk :-). A supporting program for body, mind, and soul – for well-being on all levels.
