Our retreat focuses on your holistic health and well-being. With us, you will develop strategies to get to know your resources and needs better, to draw holistic energy from movement and rest and to deal effectively with stress. There will be time and space for your personal moments of relaxation in nature by the Baltic Sea. Far away from everyday life, you will be part of a unique and powerful atmosphere.

It doesn't matter what previous knowledge you arrive with. You will return home relaxed, with new inspiration and full of wonderful memories.

Four nights at the Holthof on the Baltic Sea (01.-05.10.2025 Arrival Wednesday from 17:30 - Departure Sunday until 12 noon)

Accommodation

Our retreat trip takes us to the Holthof. The farm is a 340-year-old adobe and half-timbered house that has been renovated with great attention to detail and furnished with natural furniture. This place allows us to optimally combine peace and conviviality. The cozy rooms are equipped with solid wood furniture. The house has a communal kitchen, a large cozy lounge with fireplace and three bathrooms / toilets. In combination with the nearby Baltic Sea beach (approx. 4 km away/10 minutes by car), this environment offers the perfect time-out in nature. The Pilates and Yolates sessions will mainly take place in the tippi made of natural materials. On the way to the mat, you can take a leisurely stroll through the wonderful garden with its old trees and orchard.

Catering

We offer you a varied, vegetarian and seasonal full meal every day, which is not only delicious, but also perfectly suited to the fall. Our meals are prepared from fresh, regional ingredients that reflect the taste of this cozy season and make you feel completely at ease.

Breakfast and dinner together: Start your day with a delicious breakfast in good company. In the evening, you can look forward to a cozy dinner together. If you feel like it, you can also help out with the cooking and learn a few tricks for autumnal, vegetarian cuisine. These meals are not only an opportunity to get together, but also help you relax and recharge your batteries.

Fresh fruit, vegetables and healthy snacks: There's always fresh fruit, crunchy vegetables and a selection of healthy snacks for those little hunger pangs in between meals. These tasty treats are not only a great source of energy, but also fit in perfectly with the autumnal mood. They help you to feel good all round and enjoy the day with vitality.

Raw juice workshop: In our raw juice workshop, you will learn how to conjure up delicious and healthy juices from fresh fruit and vegetables. We explain how these raw juices can support you by helping to supply your body with important vitamins and minerals, strengthen your immune system and make you feel vital. Depending on the time of day, we will also offer you different juices during the retreat.

Let us spoil you with culinary delights and enjoy a time full of flavor, health and autumnal coziness that will help you relax and recharge your batteries!

We start each morning with a session of gentle Pilates or Yolates or a guided meditation, followed by a second movement session in the afternoon. There will be various workshops in between the movement-rich activities. We will have breakfast and dinner together. You will have the opportunity to prepare meals with us to learn more about healthy eating. We will eat vegetarian and alcohol-free throughout the week. You are free to decide whether you want to take part in coaching sessions. You will be guided according to your performance level. Outdoor activities in nature and by the sea are also on the agenda. In between, you will always have time for yourself. Our raw juice workshop, aromatic oil and sauna evening round off the offer.

Arrival

By car or motorcycle:
Coming from the A 20 from Rostock or Lübeck, take the Kröpelin exit to Kröpelin, then continue towards Rerik (12 km), after 10 km turn right at the large crossroads towards Kühlungsborn, after 100 m you will see the Wendelstorf sign, turn left into the Plattenweg, rumble, rumble to the end of the road and there we are !!! (If you are interested in carpooling, please let us know. Maybe we can find a way)

Attention: When entering the GPS, please make sure that the zip code is also entered or possibly Bastorf as a municipality, some guests have already ended up in Wendelstorf near Schwerin on their journey, and that would be a pity for us....

By train:
You can also reach us easily by train, either via Rostock to Kröpelin or via Wismar to Neubukow. From there take a cab to us. Costs approx. 24,- €. You have to book the cab in advance, the train stations Kröpelin and Neubukow are rather small (1 track each). Nice, reliable cab companies are from Neubukow: Taxi Hilweg, phone 038294/78819 and from Kröpelin: Taxi Häger, phone 038292/7385.

By plane:
From Austria: Vienna-Cologne/Bonn or Stuttgart-Rostock Laage or Vienna-Hamburg-Bahn to Kröpelin

From Switzerland: Zurich-Munich-Rostock Laage or Basel-Hamburg-Bahn to Kröpelin

You can take a bus shuttle from Rostock-Laage airport to Rostock main station in 35 minutes and then take the train to Kröpelin station in approx. 30 minutes, from there a cab will take you to us in 10 minutes (approx. € 14). The cab must be booked in advance, Kröpelin station is rather small (1 track). For telephone numbers see train arrival.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 84 days before arrival.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, we will charge a flat-rate fee based on the following percentages
percentages: Twelve weeks to ten weeks before arrival 50%, ten weeks to three weeks before arrival 60%, three weeks to the day of arrival 80%, on the day of arrival 100%. A full refund is only possible if a replacement participant can be found.
