A day at the retreat could look like this: 8:00 a.m. Mindful start to the day – with meditation, breathing exercises, and gratitude exercises 9:30 a.m. Delicious brunch – Enjoy a colorful vegan breakfast with fresh, seasonal ingredients that will fill you up and give you energy
11:00 a.m. Workshop "Stop stress eating & perceive body signals" Practical exercises and tips on how to reduce cravings and unconscious eating and listen to your body again 1:00 p.m. Mindful lunch — Conscious eating: taste, smell, enjoy, perceive body signals and reduce cravings.
2:00 p.m. Free time for you — to read, take a sauna, go for a walk 4:00 p.m. Nature & exercise — walking meditation
