Accommodation

The retreat takes place in the beautiful Villa Soluna near Málaga. Accommodation and meals are booked separately—I can help you with this. Total price per double room for accommodation and meals: €630. Villa Soluna, with its eight bedrooms, is located between the two beautiful cities of Málaga and Nerja.

In a family atmosphere, you can relax in the pool area on a lounger or a covered outdoor bed, swim in the saltwater pool, enjoy your Ayurvedic food on the terrace, discover native plants in the Serene Garden, practice yoga and breathe on the yoga mat, prepare your own pizza in the outdoor kitchen, listen to the gentle sound of the sea on the nearby natural beach (approx. 300 m), or climb the mountain around the corner to enjoy a breathtaking view.

The villa is quietly located in the small village of Monte Azul, just a stone's throw from the beach. It is 1.5 km to the nearest supermarket in Almayate and 5 km to the small town of Torre del Mar.

The rooms of the villa were freshly renovated and modernly furnished in early 2019. Each room has its own bathroom and a large window with access to the wraparound balcony. The neutral natural colors emphasize the openness and clarity of the rooms.

Catering

You can book meals (half board) directly with Villa Soluna. You will be provided with freshly prepared vegan Ayurvedic dishes. The meals are light, balanced, and support your physical and mental relaxation during the retreat. Water, tea, coffee, and small snacks are available throughout the day.
Look forward to lovingly prepared dishes made from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. A large part of these come directly from our own garden: home-grown vegetables and fruit, fresh herbs, and bread baked with time and dedication—both classic sourdough and gluten-free varieties.

You can expect classic Hatha Yoga with influences from Vinyasa, Kundalini, and yoga therapy. We also practice Kriyas (cleansing techniques), meditation, and Pranayama (breathing techniques). You will also receive insights from yoga philosophy – taught in a practical and understandable way. Somatic bodywork and embodiment are also incorporated into my classes and help you to experience your body more consciously. In the evening, we practice Yin Yoga – calm, regenerating, accompanied by gentle Thai yoga movements with mindful touch.
The surrounding nature and proximity to the sea characterize this retreat. Depending on the weather, we mainly practice outside and consciously incorporate the elements into our yoga practice. The connection to nature is not just a backdrop, but part of the experience.
In addition to the yoga classes, you can expect rituals, journaling, and small ceremonies. They invite you to go deeper, let go, and make the retreat an experience that has an effect beyond the moment. You can also book relaxing massages.

Arrival

Travel to the venue is not included. The journey from Málaga Airport by taxi or Uber takes around 40 minutes and costs approximately €40. If required, we can coordinate travel arrangements so that we can organize carpooling with other participants. I would be happy to assist you with planning.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 20% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Up to 30 days before departure, you can get 20% of your deposit back. After that, a refund is no longer possible. The cancellation policy of Villa Soluna applies to accommodation and meals. I recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
