A powerful initiation ritual in the mirror of nature: The vision quest is a vivid journey into the depths of your soul. It invites you to understand significant life transitions and to experience them with passion. Afterwards, you will return to your world strengthened and full of joie de vivre - ready to follow your path with clear vision and renewed vigor.

The core element: 4 days off. After preparing together, you go out alone, fasting and without a solid roof over your head, to ask for a vision for your life. Well prepared and protected by us, this intensive experience gives you the opportunity to confirm your will to change.

Accommodation during the preparation and follow-up time will be in shared rooms in a beautifully simple Italian country house. During the solo time you will find your own place in the surroundings, make yourself comfortable in your sleeping bag with a sleeping mat and, if necessary, protect yourself from rain and wind with a tarp.

Costs for the remaining 8 days accommodation and meals depending on group size 370€-500€ p.p.

During the preparation and follow-up time, we will eat together as a group. We will go shopping in advance and provide suitable recipes. Most of the food we buy will be vegetarian and organic-regional-seasonal. The group's wishes can be taken into account.

We usually fast during the time out. Fasting is a central element in rites of passage and gives the vision quest an intense physical dimension.
During the solo time, participants consciously forego social interaction, a protected space, food and often also sleep. This renunciation opens up an altered perception and promotes an expansion of consciousness, clears the mind and sharpens the senses - the boundaries between us and the world become more permeable.

The reactions to fasting are individual: some experience a feeling of lightness and energy, while others suffer from discomfort such as nausea or tiredness. Intense emotions and lucid dreams can also occur. Accepting weakness or exhaustion can be healing.

For participants who are taking medication, the fasting rules can of course be adapted in consultation with the management team.

Your threshold time: In times of transition, when the old fades and the new emerges, nature becomes a mirror of your inner journey. Our offer invites you to find answers to your deepest life questions in nature. You can use the wisdom of nature to experience clarity and spiritual direction in this special phase of your life.

4 days of preparation and follow-up: We prepare and follow up the solo time together in the group. We will work out principles of conduct, safety rules and your personal concerns for the vision quest. Helpful tips, process models and coping strategies are shared. We will eat, sing, cry and laugh. On your return, we will listen to your story, share experiences and insights and celebrate life together.

Getting there is one of the first challenges of the vision quest. If you wish, you can network with the other participants and form a travel/carpool if necessary.

It is possible to travel by car as well as by plane and rental car via Genoa.
