"Path of Transformation" is a unique 3-day seminar in which participants live, learn, and cook together with the facilitator, just like in a shared apartment... The price includes lodging, full board (primarily vegetarian and using organic ingredients), seminar facilitation, materials, and VAT.
The number of participants ranges from 3 to 6, ensuring that each participant has enough time for an individual conversation with the facilitator.
What it’s about:
Stepping away from everyday life—into a world that can mark the beginning of a deep, gentle transformation of one’s lifestyle.
The few, carefully selected mindfulness and self-awareness exercises are practiced both in the group and in private, and can be easily integrated into daily life.
Our “classrooms” are always wherever we happen to be, e.g., in the forest, in the garden, in the house... The everyday tasks that each participant takes on offer a wonderful setting for putting what has been learned into practice. Mindfulness exercises and self-awareness alternate harmoniously with times when you are simply allowed to BE—without doing anything.
We explore forms of Japanese philosophy and psychology (Morita Therapy, Naikan, and Zen), some of which trace back to millennia-old Asian and Western wisdom (Confucius, Socrates).
By the end of the retreat, you will have gained insight into the possibilities of shaping a contented, self-determined, and constructive life. You will be somewhat more independent of your worries, thoughts, and feelings, and thus able to face certain challenges with greater composure.
