Friday: Arrival and integration
Arrival: The participants arrive and move into their accommodation. Friday is used for arrival and integration. There is no hectic schedule, but rather a gentle introduction to the surroundings.
Exploring the surroundings: The group can explore the area together - in peace to feel nature, breathe and connect with each other. This helps to strengthen the connection to the place and to each other.
Mindfulness and disciplines: There is an introduction to the disciplines that will be practiced during the weekend, perhaps mindfulness exercises or a short meditation to prepare the group for the journey ahead.
Dinner and sharing: A relaxed dinner together where participants can exchange ideas. This sets the tone for the upcoming ceremony and the connection within the group.
Saturday: Ceremony and reflection
Breakfast and start together: The day begins with a nourishing breakfast that brings the group together. After breakfast, there is a moment of sharing where everyone can express their intentions for the ceremony.
Psilocybin ceremony: After breakfast, the actual ceremony begins. Here, psilocybin is taken in a safe and respectful setting. Accompanied by music, singing or a meditative ritual, the journey will begin. The ceremony takes place with mindfulness and shared presence.
Introspection and silence: A phase of silence and introspection follows the intake. Each participant has the opportunity to go into themselves and deepen the experience. This moment can be supported by a creative element such as drawing, writing or silent meditation.
Round of words: After the effects of psilocybin have reached their peak, there is a 'round of words' where each participant can share their impressions, thoughts and feelings in a safe space. This promotes exchange and mutual understanding.
Dinner and end of the day: The day ends with dinner together. This serves as a gentle conclusion to integrate the experiences and end the day in a shared, nourishing atmosphere.
Sunday: Conclusion and symbolic act
Sharing in the morning: Sunday begins with a relaxed exchange about the experiences of the previous day. This helps to consolidate and integrate the impressions and experiences. An exchange about what everyone has taken away and what they would like to implement next.
Dynamics and exercises: Throughout the morning, there are dynamic exercises that strengthen the group and deepen the sense of community. These can be movement or awareness exercises that help the participants to deepen their connection to the moment and to themselves.
Symbolic tree planting: At the end of the weekend, the group plants a tree together to symbolize growth and progress. This is a powerful ritual that symbolizes both community and individual development during the weekend.
Farewell: The ceremony is officially closed and the group disperses after a final moment of sharing and blessing, enriched with the experiences and insights gained during the three days.
This process not only promotes individual transformation, but also a sense of community and a respectful approach to nature and one's own inner processes. It is a perfect balance of spiritual work and personal reflection, embedded in a strong, supportive community.
